1. NO ADVERTISING! I am not your billboard! If there is a site or something else either Python or Eric related that you'd like to advertise, then please, just ask me first - no other exceptions.

2. NO STEALING!!! I work VERY hard on this site. Many of the ideas/creations/pages are COMPLETELY my ORIGINAL work. Things that are not mine have been credited to their creators. However, if there is something you'd like to use such as pictures or sound files, again, ask me. All other copying is STRICTLY prohibited.

3. Please keep IH fairly clean. We are not a low, trashy site, but we do enjoy a bit of good fun and some naughtiness here and there. I don't believe I have to go into any details on what is allowed and what isn't. So please, keep it limited; this is for the enjoyment of the viewers.

4. If you have any rude comments about the site, DO keep them to yourself. I have a Suggestion Box for things such as suggestions, helpful ideas, etc., but I could really care less about listening to crap, and so it would just be deleted. If you hate the site, good for you - now piss off!

5. No HOTLINKING! I wasn't concerned about this previously, but now it has become a big controversy on the web, so I thought that I might as well say that I am among those who do not tolerate it.

6. *MOST IMPORTANT RULE* Have fun!!! This site was made for fans of Eric Idle and for their fullest enjoyment. We provide entertainment and information alike, so don't be shy - have a blast! We love people who participate and contribute!

I am not Eric Idle. I do not own Eric Idle. I do not own his house, his sums of money, nor am I a relation or close friend. I am not in contact with him. No, I do NOT have his e-mail, or phone number, but I do have some FANMAIL addresses. I do not own Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Disney, etc. or any of those other good film companies that has ever produced any of Eric's works. So please, people, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT e-mail me thinking that I am Eric or that I'm his agent or personal assistant, etc.. Don't ask me if he'd like to be in so and so film, or whatnot. I will either respond to your email with this information or simply direct you to this page!

Idleized Heaven began in the middle of February 2003 as a very, very small site on a crappy server. Since then it has moved four times, and now remains at its final home, www.eric-idle.com. IH was created and is maintained by moi, Diane, webmistress_diane@eric-idle.com. I get no profit out of my site, only happiness as a source of a creative outlet.

My goal with IH is to expand the humor and enjoyment of Eric Idle and all of his works and endeavors. This site is meant to bring out more awareness of Eric and all of the things that he does, as well as delight fans now and in the future. It is meant to be an establishment for educatation of Eric-based knowledge as well as serve as a virtual institution of entertainment.

IH's dream is to become Mr. Idle's official website. Though this is a very far-fetched idea, one which is very likely to never happen, I would still be honored with the title.

It is also a known fact that Eric has indeed visited the site a couple of times, and he liked it. So two thumbs up for Idleized Heaven!
