Your Review:
What are your opinions about this particular film?  Give us your own insight!  But please, take care of these simple rules first:

~ Don't be rude.  If I think your review is inappropriate, I won't add it, simple as that.

~ No swearing.  This is basically the same as the 'don't be rude' rule.  We're not here to slam anyone.

~ Please keep in mind that this is an Eric Idle site.  Sure, you're giving a review on the film, and that's great, but please don't go on and on about a different actor or actress throughout your review.  For example, don't blab on about how John was so superb as the black knight and as the French taunter in Holy Grail, etc., as we'd much rather focus on Eric's traits in the film, and the overall storyline, appearance, and entertainment quality of the film itself.  However, that being said, you are more than welcome to talk about Eric's role(s) as much as you like!

Synopsis:

To See Such Fun is simply a collection of numerous short clips from various British television shows, programs, and movies starring a handful of famous British comedians, such as Benny Hill, Marty Feldman, and, of course, Eric.  The running time is 91 minutes of silly slapstick to quirky skits, all shown in black and white.  There's even some singing and dancing, showing off the talents of many throughout the years.

Diane's Review:

Though this movie is advertised as 'starring Eric Idle', the only Eric bit actually in it is a clip of the confused guards in Swamp Castle from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  The entire movie is in black and white, regardless of whether or not the clips being played were shot in color.  I found little actual humor in the film, despite it being called as 'the best of british comedy'.  Few things actually made me laugh, so I really would not recommend this piece.  Just go and see Holy Grail instead, and you can see the full thing, in color.
