Your Review:
What are your opinions about this particular film? Give us your own insight! But please, take care of these simple rules first:
~ Don't be rude. If I think your review is inappropriate, I won't add it, simple as that.
~ No swearing. This is basically the same as the 'don't be rude' rule. We're not here to slam anyone.
~ Please keep in mind that this is an Eric Idle site. Sure, you're giving a review on the film, and that's great, but please don't go on and on about a different actor or actress throughout your review. For example, don't blab on about how John was so superb as the black knight and as the French taunter in Holy Grail, etc., as we'd much rather focus on Eric's traits in the film, and the overall storyline, appearance, and entertainment quality of the film itself. However, that being said, you are more than welcome to talk about Eric's role(s) as much as you like!

Synopsis:
Live At The Hollywood Bowl is a filmed capturing of one of the Python's best live shows ever performed when they played at the Hollywood Bowl. Most of the material consists of old Flying Circus sketch favorites, but there is a tad of new material included as well. Though it is mainly skits performed on the stage, there are also video clips from other Python sketch endeavors throughout the years. Just a few of the sketches acted out include "Bruces", "Silly Walks", "Argument Clinic", "Nudge Nudge", "Crunchy Frog", and "Poofy Judges", along with many others.
Diane's Review:
Just as good as any of the original Flying Circus sketches, if not better, Live At The Hollywood bowl has a feel to it that is uplifting, happy, and just simply... fun. The fact that it is shot live in front of a huge audience (that is having quite a good time themselves) rather than rehearsed and edited adds a certain tone that makes its viewing ten times more enjoyable. Its only true fallback is that the quality isn't the best, but it more than makes up for that with terrific entertainment. If anything, buy it just to see Eric climbing over half of the audience in the "Mr. Smoketoomuch" sketch, or for him dressed as the dashing Michelangelo of the Renaissance era. This is one Eric work you just cannot pass up.
